- which account name you tried, if you are asking about a lookup result;
- the expected output and the actual output;
- a screenshot, if you have one.
Scans of identity documents, passwords and other personal data are not needed, so leave them out.

Copyright notices belong in the removal procedure rather than in general mail.
Requests outside our scope
InstaViewer cannot help with:
- account recovery on Instagram;
- opening a locked profile;
- revealing the viewers of a story you posted (it is visible only inside Instagram, to the poster);
- restoring expired stories or deleted posts.
Account problems are resolved only through the help pages Instagram itself provides.
