About InstaViewer

Who operates InstaViewer
InstaViewer is run independently, by a small team that publishes under this name only. The service has one operator and one contact address. It is not part of a group of similar sites under different names. Personal names of the team are not published. The service is identified by its domain and by info@instaviewer.io, where questions about how it works are answered. If any information here is outdated, write to the address at the end and it will be corrected.
Why the service exists
InstaViewer exists for one task: reading a profile that is set to public, from a browser tab, without creating an account, installing an app or providing personal data. Common reasons include checking a seller, a new contact or a job candidate before replying. Registering on a platform for a single look is unnecessary, and a third-party site asking for your password to “log in for you” should be treated as a threat. InstaViewer displays what the account holder opened to the public, and no more.
What is excluded
- Locked (private) accounts stay closed; no outside tool is technically able to open them.
- Your Instagram login is never requested.
- No record is kept of the usernames entered.
- No per-username pages are generated for search engines.
- No data is sold, because none is collected.
Profiles are retrieved with the help of an external data provider. Section 3 of the privacy policy states exactly what the provider is sent.
Independence from Instagram and Meta
Not affiliated with Instagram or Meta. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
The service is run independently: neither company endorses, sponsors or approves it, and the site uses none of their logos or brand colours. The “Insta” in the name describes what the site reads; it does not indicate a partnership of any kind.
